Ivanov, Prosecutor of the Kuzbass Prosecutor's Office for Supervision of Compliance with Laws in Correctional Institutions A.V. Karmanov, chairman of the council of veterans of the Kuzbass Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, retired colonel of the internal service A.D. Talipov, veteran of the penal system, retired major general of the internal service, honorary citizen of the city of Novokuznetsk N.P. Kachaev, representative of the Russian Orthodox Church Archpriest Igor, parents of graduates, relatives, acquaintances and friends.

He congratulated the young employees on their graduation from the institute, noting that they studied in a city that honors its traditions, the memory of the heroes who fell for the Fatherland and in the line of duty. During the years of study at the Kuzbass Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the guys went through a difficult path from an applicant to a graduate, however, the tests do not end there. While serving in the penitentiary system, they themselves will have to become teachers, mentors for the teams entrusted to them. The first documents on higher education were received by 10 young men and women who graduated with honors from the institute, three of them were awarded gold medals of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.

In parting words to the graduates, the guests of honor urged them to serve with honor, not to stop in their professional growth, and to be worthy of the rank of officer. They expressed confidence that many of the guys standing here will hold leadership positions in institutions and bodies of the penitentiary system.

The holiday ended with the passage of parade crews along the Boulevard of Heroes. According to a good tradition with the words "That's it!" graduates tossed coins high up as a symbol of their worthy service, future successes, and hopes for well-being.
