In 2012, I entered the Faculty of Economics of Kazan Federal University. Admission to KSFEI was my childhood dream, but two years ago several universities were merged into a single KFU, so now we are all one big family of the Kazan Federal University. The passing scores for this faculty have always been high - more than 230 points in three subjects, which is quite serious for the Unified State Examination. Fortunately, I scored almost 270, so there were no problems with admission. In general, thanks to the Unified State Examination, there is no corruption in admission, so everyone who has a head on his shoulders can enter.
KFU is popular not only in Kazan and Tatarstan, but also abroad, we even have students from Germany, China and African countries. The teaching staff at the university is wonderful, the student movement is very developed. Each faculty has a student council, competitions, olympiads and other events are constantly held, where everyone can show what he is capable of. To date, more than 15,000 students study at KFU, you must admit, this is a serious figure. I have never regretted that I entered the Kazan Federal University, because I know for sure that with a diploma from this university I will not be lost.

Kazan Federal University (KFU) is one of the nine largest universities in Russia. It is very easy to apply here using a convenient electronic system. Since all the faculties of the university are divided into separate institutes, students have the opportunity to travel abroad on international programs. Therefore, it makes sense from the first days of study to be in sight and show oneself from the best side. If there are no great abilities for science, then try to prove yourself in social work or sports. A good material base allows organizing summer holidays for both teachers and students. The competition varies, depending on the departments of the university, but averages 12 people per place. Having entered here, it is advisable to tune in to study, because buying tests and exams is probably possible, but it will not give anything, since here great importance is attached to scientific activity and rating. It is not for nothing that KFU graduates have an advantage over the rest when applying for a job.
The university has an excellent hostel, if you apply for a place in it immediately after admission, then the probability of a positive decision is very high. Almost all non-residents get a place in it.

I am a student of Kazan Federal University. Recently graduated from the first course. It is quite difficult to enter KFU, the competition is big for a budget place - 12 people, for a contract one - 4. However, it is an honor to study there, and the university is very popular not only in the city, but throughout the country. The most prestigious university in Tatarstan. The university has a rich history; people like Lenin or, for example, Tolstoy studied there. In KFU, there are several tens of thousands of students (with branches), out-of-town students are provided with a luxurious hostel in the Universiade village, students have comfortable rooms with their own bathroom and kitchen. There are 27 people in my group, the group is friendly, there are 30-35 in contract groups. The educational process is organized in an interesting way, there are excellent teachers, with their own interesting methods. Student life is also well organized. Here everyone will find something to their liking. The teachers are honest and non-corrupt. My specialty is Public Administration. It is difficult to find a job in the specialty, but the work pays well.
